AUTHOR BIO

I was born on December 13th 1975 with a book in my hands, always reading and writing whenever I had the chance. I've always had a love of literature, along with a vivid imagination and a gift for storytelling. In school, I always excelled in literature and drama classes, and even won some storytelling competitions, including my rendition of the classic. The frog prince I grew up in Sacramento, California and attended American River College where I studied literature and Early Childhood Education.

I eventually became a preschool educator and I contrinue my craft of writing in my spare time. I have published 4 books at this time, Lost and Found, Blank State, The Good Mother and The Promise. I feel that my training in Human Development and Early Childhood Education has also helped me be the successful writer I am today. It has allowed me to enter the minds of my characters in a very unique way! I am currently working on a fifth novel titled A Summer To Remember, which is a stand alone sequel to The Promise.
